More Information on CBD & Hemp
Hemp vs. Marijuana

Both derived from the plant Cannabis sativa with differing levels of the cannabinoid chemical compound THC.  Hemp contains less than 0.3% of the psychoactive  cannabinoid THC and is used for various things from fiber, clothing, grain, and therapeutic CBD use. Marijuana is classified as any Cannabis sativa plant with a higher than 0.3% THC cannabinoid content and is used recreationally and for medical uses in certain states in the US.
